🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Reflecting on Your Season
✨ Reflection helps reveal what the season, the “what is", has been teaching you. Even small insights can shift everything. Reflection: What did this week show you about your season?

I am in a season of new everything. I am embracing all of the new experiences, new town, new house, new people, new events. I love change so am revelling in this one and it is reflecting that back to me in the experiences l have.
🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Understanding With Time
🕰️ Some seasons only make sense once they've passed. When we look back with compassion, we often see the wisdom we couldn’t see then. INVITATION: What makes more sense now than before?

I am tempted to say everything,🤣 but will stick with almost all of the things that my mind deemed to be ‘bad’ when they were occurring. In hindsight they were either powerful learning experiences or had a twist in the tail that meant that they weren’t actually bad after all. The big picture is a clear image of the tiny piece of the jigsaw puzzle we are currently standing on. It often looks like a confused blur from our limited perspective but when we see the whole it is an image of beauty. If the mind doesn’t step in to label things as bad, then we are more able to relax and wait and then see the good that can often result.
🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Inner Guidance Ahead
🌅 A new week is coming, and your deeper wisdom is already prepared for it. When you honor what you know, life tends to unfold more smoothly. Reflection: What inner wisdom do you want to guide you this week?

To let my inner wisdom be accepting of everything, even the things that my mind classifies as ‘bad.’ No resistance.
🦃 A Thanksgiving Day Reflection
On this Thanksgiving morning, I want to pause with you and take in the quiet beauty of this day. There is something deeply nourishing about setting aside a moment to appreciate the simple miracle of being alive. Of breathing, of feeling, of being present to the fullness of our lives. Today is a day to honor the people who have touched our hearts, walked beside us, shared laughter, listened deeply, or simply made life a little lighter and a little more beautiful. Whether they are near or far, their presence has left an imprint that lives within us. It’s also a day to appreciate the small, everyday moments that so often go unnoticed. The warmth of morning light, the comfort of a familiar voice, the softness of a quiet moment, the kindness exchanged between strangers, the feeling of belonging. These are the moments that shape a life and remind us of the quiet abundance we already carry. As we give thanks, let’s also honor the wisdom that has grown in us over the years. The insight that comes from living, loving, learning, and simply paying attention. The wisdom that shows up in the softening of our hearts, the clarity in our choices, and the quiet peace we feel when we pause long enough to notice. And I want to say from my heart: I’m so grateful for this community. For the sincerity, openness, and humanity each of you brings. There is something special growing here. A sense of belonging, of shared understanding, of walking the path of life together with kindness and care. May today fill your heart with warmth and meaning. May you feel surrounded, in person and in spirit, by the goodness that has touched your life. May you savor the simple joys that make this day feel so alive. And if you feel so moved, I invite you to share with us what is in your heart in this moment. Wishing you a peaceful, meaningful, and love-filled Thanksgiving. With gratitude and love, Rick

Thank you, Rick for that beautiful message and a happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends in the U.S. As you know, we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in South Africa, but nevertheless, today l had a day to be truly thankful for. It is late afternoon here now and l was out for about 4 hours this morning. Everybody l met today was a ‘stranger’ but our encounters were all so special. I learned new things, shared a lot of humour, had a very deep and personal conversation with one lady, and a delightful conversation with a bride to be who is getting married on Saturday. I played soccer with a toddler and discovered some amazing art and learned stories about the artists. Despite the fact that l had never met any of these people before, they all felt like friends. What a joyful day and what a gift to me. I am truly thankful for it. Thank you for this opportunity to share it with you.

🕊️ A Lighter Way of Being — A Letting Go Workshop
Hi everyone. This Tuesday (Nov. 25 @ 11 AM ET) we’ll be exploring how freeing, natural, and genuinely transformative it can be to let go of what no longer serves us (Wisdom Key #1). We’ll look at why we hold on to old stories, regrets, and emotional tension, and how understanding this opens the door to a lighter, clearer way of being. We’ll also do a powerful guided exercise that helps you feel, deeply, that letting go never diminishes you. It simply releases the weight you no longer need to carry. A big part of our time together will be conversation, questions, and shared experiences. If you’re ready to explore this for yourself, I’d love for you to join us. If you can’t make it, it will be recorded to view later. Link is in the Calendar tab. Looking forward to being together! RSVP here please if you plan on attending.
