I am going outside and will most certainly feel alive. Brisk clean air, bright sunshine, deep breathing, nature, gratitude and appreciation and a wonderful view of snow capped Pikes Peak.

This week I was shown 'slow down', calm down, be in the moment. A big gain. I am getting calmer, more aware and smiling more. Feeling quite good!

Being me. Through out my life I struggled to be what others wanted me to be...especially in the corporate world. Couldn't please everyone or anyone. Now being who I am pleases me and June and that makes sense to me.
