🕊️ A Knowing Moment: Accepting What Is
🌾 Not everything needs fixing; some things simply need our softer acceptance. That acceptance can open the door to a new kind of peace. INVITATION: What can you accept today?

🦃 Thanksgiving Eve Reflection
It’s easy to feel grateful for the things in life that comfort us, uplift us, or make our days brighter. But even the unwanted moments — the challenges, disappointments, or difficult seasons — often carry a quiet gift inside them. They reveal our resilience, deepen our compassion, and show us strengths we didn’t know we had. Reflection: What is one “unwanted” experience from your life that, looking back, offered you something valuable?

10 years ago, my son shared with me and his father that he was addicted to opioids. I thought this was the end of the world. but then he got involved in narcotics anonymous which brought him back to a spiritual practice. And in addition, when my husband got diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson’s disease, my son‘s Recovery community was supportive, and his spiritual practice helped him deal with his father‘s illness and eventual death. Who could know I would be ever grateful that my son needed to go into NA. And there is a coda to this: yesterday I accompanied my son to his NA home meeting when he received his 10 year medallion. I couldn’t be more grateful that his journey has gone this way.
🌿 Reminder: Exploring Wisdom Key #1 — Tomorrow at 11 AM ET
Hi everyone, Just a quick reminder that tomorrow we’ll be gathering for our next Exploring the Wisdom Keys session, where we take a deeper dive into how to actually apply Wisdom Key #1 — Letting Go of What No Longer Serves You — in everyday life. Here’s a question we’ll explore together: WHAT IF LETTING GO TOOK NO EFFORT AT ALL... NO ACTION... AND WAS SIMPLY AN ALLOWING? If that idea sparks something in you, come join us.We’ll reflect, ask questions, share experiences, and look at how letting go can become a natural, peaceful shift — not a struggle. Link is in the Calendar tab. Looking forward to being with you! RSVP please (if you haven't already)

🕊️ A Knowing Moment — Letting Go in Small Ways
🔥 Letting go often begins with noticing where your body tightens, because the body feels what the mind holds. Releasing one pocket of tension can change the entire tone of your day. Invitation: Where could you allow a little more space?

Because of a childhood history of surgery and physical pain I can be a tad hypochondriacal. But just before reading your post for today I was meditating and the “wisdom thought” (that’s what I call those gifts that come during meditation) said, “let it go” and I relaxed and released the worry. THEN I read your post today Rick! Don’t you love those “coincidences”!?
