My past two Sunday afternoons have been THE BEST VIBE!! I am so greatful for this container and how the practices are awakening and activating my Prana to a state of bliss.. Sundays have now become dance party afternoons and I feel so alive!! Forever greatful for these breath flows and meditations giving my body the space to breathe - expand and feel alive again after feeling dormant for way too long ✨️ Namaste 🙏🕉
