🌿21 Day Wellness Challenge Upcoming...
Many of you who're here already know how transformative and grounding these challenges are! And for those who haven't yet, we're excited for you to experience this for the first time. For many, the first-time round is nothing short of life changing. Our new format will be back to basics - simplified to increase the impact and make for a structure that will keep us accountable without being overwhelming. The focus will be the breath (both pranayama and contemporary breathwork), while also weaving in: • Gratitude • Sankalpa (solemn resolve) • Journaling • Meditation • Movement We're launching Sunday 30th November 8-9am live right here in our community.
