Second Gym session done.
Definitely not as good as yesterday. 10 min rower 10 min cross trainer general arm, chest and leg workout. In and out in 45 min.
First Gym session done.
Well I joined a Gym.. not something I've done for a long time (I worked in a Gym for years). 30min cross trainer Pushed some weight.. nothing crazy. My plan is to get a session in Monday to Friday after I dropped my boy at school
