Think of this as the main room where everyone hangs out. 🟧 30 Day Challenge If you’re doing the 30 Day Kickstart Challenge, this is your home base. Post your: Daily progress Wins Struggles Short clips Reflections It keeps you accountable and helps inspire others. 🟩 Training This is where you can: Post your training videos Show your training area Ask for help on technique Share drills, ideas, or anything you’re working on If you’re stuck on something, post it — the group and coaches are here to help. --- 🎯 Levels, Points & Courses Right now, everyone has access to all Level 1 courses. This gives you a strong foundation to start training and improving straight away. To unlock Level 2 courses, you just need 5 points. You get points simply by: Posting Commenting Liking Engaging with others It’s our way of encouraging participation rather than passively watching. The Level 2 courses are completely free — they just require you to be active in the community. Think of it like training: The more you show up, the more you grow… and the more doors open for you. --- 🤝 Let’s Build This Together This community works best when we move together, support each other, and share the journey. So don’t be shy — jump in, post, comment, and connect. Your progress helps others. Their progress will help you. And we all get better together.
🪵 Indian Clubs – Old School Strength That Still Works
The Indian Clubs were first introduced to me many years ago by my Great Uncle (my dad’s uncle). He served in the British military during the Second World War and was one of those old-school tough men who believed in staying physically capable for life. He lived into his late 90s — and he was active for almost all of it. He learned Indian Clubs while serving… and he never stopped using them. That always stuck with me. Indian Clubs might look simple, but they are an incredible training tool for: Shoulder health Arm strength Grip endurance Coordination Joint mobility Longevity training They build strong, resilient shoulders in a way that modern gym machines just don’t. Circular strength. Fluid strength. Functional strength. I’m digging my set out of the shed and bringing them back into my own training. This short video shows you how to start using them properly. If you’ve never tried them before — give them a go. Your shoulders will thank you in 20 years 💪 Have any of you trained with Indian Clubs before? https://youtu.be/jdUK189rRbI?si=yLoTIOXSnDFfe5Dm

🥢 New Double Stick Drill Drop
Just uploaded a new training video to the community. This one links 3 key drills together into a flowing line/walking drill: Downward X-strikes Upward X-strikes High Low High strikes We’re not staying static… this is done moving across the hall using footwork forwards and backwards. The goal is to build coordination, rhythm, and the ability to strike while travelling — not just from a fixed stance. Start slow. Focus on structure and timing. Then let it flow. Give it a watch, try it out, and let me know: ➡️ Which section feels smooth? ➡️ Which bit needs more reps? Consistency builds flow. Let’s get to work. https://youtu.be/wShKF1EbPdM?si=lkySby8Am6O_xtoO
