Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
Hi, I have a question, I’m trying to get better at sticking to my diet and staying consistent with controlling my diet. I’m in full-time education, and the main problem I have is that when I get home, I’m always super hungry and usually end up binge eating. I’m not overweight, but I’m trying to cut down that little bit more, I was just wandering if anyone has any advice on how to stop this from happening?

How do you do to track your step-count every day? Since I know 10 000 is supposed to be the minimum, I just never know if I reached them or not. I tried Google Fit for some time but isn't apparently really reliable, so what do you guys use?
