Welcome to The Men's Wellness Club! Introduce Yourself...
I’m a YouTuber and content creator with one simple goal — to build a healthy, judgment-free space for like-minded people who want to build confidence, improve their lives, and make genuine connections. I started this community because, growing up, no one ever taught us how to make new friends or handle social situations. We were just thrown into them... That’s like performing on stage before you’ve ever learned how to play an instrument. From a young age, I dreamed of being a public figure and inspiring others so... Over eight years ago, while still in school, I started my first YouTube channel. I posted videos showing my face online and instantly became a joke. People laughed, occasionally made fun of me and shared my videos in class for everyone to see... But I didn’t stop. Week after week, I kept posting — no matter what people said, no matter how many laughed. Eventually, my channel grew to 10,000 subscribers. And suddenly, those same people stopped laughing.. Ironic right? Haha! By 19, though, I went through a tough breakup that left my mental and physical health — and my confidence — at an all-time low... All that progress felt like it had disappeared overnight. I stopped creating. I doubted myself. I even started believing that posting videos was ā€œcringe.ā€ So, I stepped away and got a job in social media as a Multimedia Journalist. I interviewed people in real life, presented for huge UK brands, and created videos for the country’s biggest news publisher, Reach PLC. I loved that job. But behind all that external confidence… I was still quite lonely. I had no real support. No one to look up to. No one keeping me accountable. When I searched for advice online, all I found was toxic, ego-driven content — and that’s not who I wanted to be. I wanted to become a good man — someone with a pure heart, who trains hard, inspires others, and makes people’s lives better. and I tried everything to fill that void... Going out drinking every weekend. ā€œGoing ghost.ā€

What are your 2026 goals? Share them with us!
This weird little gap between Christmas and New Year’s is something else šŸ˜‚ Last week, I took a full week off from the gym & work and honestly, it was tougher than I expected. (I sometimes find it hard to switch off) Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the break so much but for some reason I always feel guilty for not being as ā€œproductiveā€ or ā€œbusyā€ - and I often find myself getting back into my negative self talk ways. Anyone else? Anyway, I’m now back after the week off and as I look back, I’m really glad I took it. I needed it quite frankly. My work and life balance wasn’t right for a while and I had been honestly working myself to the ground and not always listening to things I preach myself! I’m so thankful I gave myself time to enjoy with family. I’m so thankful I gave myself time to write down my goals for next year And I’m so thankful I gave myself time to really take a step back and realign with my goals and values. I’m so excited for 2026! There’s so much fun ahead and now I’m truly feeling ready and inspired again for it. So if you have eaten too much chocolate or missed a workout here and there this week, don’t beat yourself up. Just get back to it this week or in the new year and enjoy this weird period of resting, recovering and reevaluating! What are your 2026 goals? I’d love to hear them!

Burnouts
Hello everyone! I just wanted some advice on burnouts, mainly mental burnouts. I've experienced this a lot of times in the past months especially that now I'm in uni, and I just can't seem to figure it out, I would just stop doing what matters and become completely careless(silly I know). If anyone could help I would be really thankful!
