BOD SQUAD- SUPPORT CALLS is happening in 4 days
🔥 Tomorrow’s Group Training
Macros & Calories 101 for Africans: Mastering Your Numbers for Long-Term Results Team, Tomorrow’s call is going to be a deeper refresher on macros and calories, specifically through the lens of African nutrition and cultural foods. You already know the foundation. This is about understanding your numbers at a higher level. The purpose of this call is simple. I don’t just want you following a plan. I want you to actually understand what is driving your results. We’re going to talk through: • How calories really impact fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition • What your macro targets actually mean and how to interpret them • How to log African meals more accurately • How to think about portion sizes without guessing • When and how macros should be adjusted based on your phase • The difference between tracking just to track and tracking with intention This is not about becoming obsessive. It is about becoming educated and in control. When you understand your numbers, you stop guessing. You stop being confused by the scale. You stop relying on motivation. You start making intentional decisions. That is how we build sustainable results without extreme dieting and without abandoning our culture. Tomorrow 7 PM Central 8 PM Eastern If you can show up live, be there. Bring your current macros, bring your tracker, and bring your questions. Let’s tighten things up. 💪🏾

‼️ READ THIS IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH DRINKING ENOUGH WATER ‼️
If you’ve been finding it hard to get your water down 💦 especially in the winter, you’re not alone. Cold weather makes it so much harder. ❄️ Here’s what’s helped me the most‼️: I use one of those clear half-gallon bottles with the time markers on it. The ones that say 8am, 9am, 10am, etc. It does two things: 1. You can clearly see how much you have left. 2. The time markers keep you on track throughout the day. It removes the guesswork. I also add Mio. My favorite flavors are orange and lemonade. It honestly just tricks my brain into thinking I’m drinking juice, so I naturally want more of it. Another small thing that helps? A bottle with a straw. It sounds minor, but sipping is way easier than constantly lifting and chugging. And if you don’t like still water, try sparkling water and add Mio to that. It basically turns into a soda alternative. Ideally, we’d work up to two of those half gallons (a gallon total), but even just consistently finishing one half gallon a day is a strong start. Let me know if this helps!
