You already know the foundation. This is about understanding your numbers at a higher level. The purpose of this call is simple. I don’t just want you following a plan. I want you to actually understand what is driving your results. We’re going to talk through: • How calories really impact fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition • What your macro targets actually mean and how to interpret them • How to log African meals more accurately • How to think about portion sizes without guessing • When and how macros should be adjusted based on your phase • The difference between tracking just to track and tracking with intention This is not about becoming obsessive. It is about becoming educated and in control. When you understand your numbers, you stop guessing. You stop being confused by the scale. You stop relying on motivation.
