This week, I’m going to show you exactly how to apply it in real life. We’ll cover: • How to track food on the go • How to track cultural foods like rice, stew, plantain, soups, etc. • How to track when you’re at restaurants • How to estimate properly when you don’t have a scale • How flexible eating fits into all of this • How consistency is built even when life is busy This will be a very in-depth call.
