Hi, my name is Daja. I was born and raised in South Florida and have been living in Grand Prairie, Texas for the past four years. My goal is to develop a healthier relationship with food, make health and fitness a consistent lifestyle, and choose myself first so I can overcome limitations and exceed my own expectations.
