I’ve been thinking about bakery businesses online and something keeps standing out. Most people don’t struggle with baking or quality… it’s the online part that feels messy. If a customer has to think too much about what to order or how to order it, they usually just leave. It made me wonder if simplicity matters more than we think. Has anyone else noticed this?
