Since it's Tasty Tuesday, I have something for you! When you see a "high protein!" product on the shelf, is it REALLY a good protein source or carbs in a proteins suit? 😆
Here's a great rule of thumb:
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁
1. Does it have at least 10g protein per serving?
2. Is protein equal to or higher than carbs?
3. Does it provide protein without a huge calorie load?
If the answer is yes to all three, it's usually a solid protein choice!
