My sleep has been the best of my life since I set up my new routine. I’ve started trying to eat by no later than 7 PM, have an alarm that goes off at 9 PM to wash my face and no more blue light, lay out my clothes for workout and work, then relax with a hot tea. When i get in bed, no later than 10, i spray my magnesium on my feet and chest then I read a little bit on my Kindle! It’s been such a game changer for me and honestly the days I try to get away from it do not suit me . I’ve given up the old watching YouTube on my iPad in bed and not having a calm down routine, it was clearly creating mental stress in my head I could not turn off and I just thought I couldn’t sleep at night, but I realized it was me creating bad habits so I wasn’t sleeping well.

@Mo Cooper really the first notice was about a week after I finally got past mentally thinking it was hard for me by two weeks. I could totally feel the calm at night and I got ready for bed.
How Are We MOVING Today?
I've got a LOT on my plate today so when I tried to talk myself out of walking I said "Get behind me Satan! I'm putting on my walking shoes!" 😂 Sometimes we just have to DECLARE what we want and then do it. Anyone else do that? Have to say OUT LOUD what you want to do? Whatever it takes! So I tied up my shoes, popped my earbuds, and set a 10 minute "turnaround" timer and hit the trail! What keeps you from moving more? Is it time? Motivation? Awareness? Let's talk about it! Time is definitely destroying my exercise. And if I’m honest, I probably do really need to work on declaring it and just doing it. I think sometimes I sidetrack myself with my busyness and don’t make it a priority.

When I first started meditating, I found it so stressful! 😩 So I told my therapist that and he said: “Oh good! Now you understand how stressed you actually are. But you want to start small.
