I just read the 90 second reset tool sheet. This is amazing and I tried them and I think we’ll be so helpful. Thank you so much for sharing that with us and for being such a wealth of information I think this may be really needed for me this week when I get into a coma over the food that’s being served. I am definitely going to try these techniques. Thank you.

Since it's Tasty Tuesday, I have something for you! When you see a "high protein!" product on the shelf, is it REALLY a good protein source or carbs in a proteins suit? 😆 Here's a great rule of thumb: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 1. Does it have at least 10g protein per serving? 2. Is protein equal to or higher than carbs? 3. Does it provide protein without a huge calorie load? If the answer is yes to all three, it's usually a solid protein choice! 𝗣𝘂𝘁 "𝗠𝗘!" 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲!
