Monday gets a bad rep. I love Monday because it’s the beginning of a new week with endless possibilities! As Pumba says: it’s important to put your behind in the past. 😂
But if you’re where you don’t want to be in your life, a new week can be a real slog, thinking: “Oh God. I’ve got to get through this week.” 😩
Something that has been effective for my clients is having something to look forward to. Every day something small. I’m looking forward to breakfast! Or it could be meeting with a friend, calling a loved one, going for a walk, finishing a task you’ve been avoiding; anything that brings that feeling of satisfaction and success.
Share one thing you’re looking forward to today. Anything! Let’s take it one day at a time. Overwhelm is what keeps us stuck. Being present and focusing on right now is what will keep us moving forward.

B.) A new week! Yes!
There is no right or wrong answer. It’s simply how you perceive it. You’ve got this! 💪💞🤗
