Sometimes the hardest part of this transition isn’t just the physical symptoms. It’s the quiet grief underneath them.

  • The grief of wondering where your old energy, stamina, and confidence went.

You are not weak, vain, or lazy. Your body is running on an old operating system that no longer matches your current biology.
Maybe your body isn't asking you to find the old you. Maybe it's asking you to build trust with the woman you are becoming.
