I want to name something today that I don’t think midlife women are given enough permission to say out loud.
Sometimes the hardest part of this transition isn’t just the physical symptoms. It’s the quiet grief underneath them.
- The grief of your body suddenly feeling completely unfamiliar.
- The grief of reaching for the version of you who could just "push through" everything, and coming up short.
- The grief of wondering where your old energy, stamina, and confidence went.
If you’re nodding along, hear me clearly:
You are not weak, vain, or lazy. Your body is running on an old operating system that no longer matches your current biology.
Maybe your body isn't asking you to find the old you. Maybe it's asking you to build trust with the woman you are becoming.
No judgment here. No quick fixes. Just truth.
👇 Where do you feel this "I don’t feel like myself" grief hitting you the hardest right now?
- Energy & Fatigue
- Body Changes & How it feels physically
- Mood & Emotional Steadiness
- Missing Joy (Things that used to feel good don’t feel the same)
