Let's CRACK THE LONGEVITY CODE
It's happening. Stay with me here ๐Ÿ‘‡ For the past few months, I've been building something I wish I had when I first started my longevity journey. When I discovered my poor nutritional choices had left me with pre-diabetes, I knew I had to change - but I didn't know what to do or how to do it. I cut sweets and most carbs from my life... not because I knew what I was doing, but because I was scared. It didn't take long for me to start losing weight - a lot of it. Thankfully, I was doing resistance training, so I kept most of my muscle mass... but my process was definitely not the healthiest. I eventually had to supplement several things after visiting a nutritionist. The truth is - I thought I knew the basics of health, but it turned out I didn't. I was overwhelmed. Conflicting advice everywhere. So I decided to make health my life's work. I started studying metabolism, exercise science, sleep, and stress management - trying to separate what's real from what's noise. Learning the best interventions I could apply to my own life to live healthier and more fully. And I realized: longevity shouldn't be this complicated. So I built The Longevity Hub. Now I'm taking it to the next step. On April 7th, I'm launching the first stage of CRACKING THE LONGEVITY CODE - my longevity course that teaches you the basics of NUTRITION, EXERCISE, SLEEP & RECOVERY, and MENTAL & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING, so you can make better lifestyle choices that improve your longevity. Easy, straightforward videos with clear explanations. The fundamentals that actually matter. You don't need to become a specialist to be healthier - just knowledgeable enough to create and maintain better habits. The course has 4 modules, starting with Nutrition. Each week, new videos will be added to the module. We'll discuss, learn, and motivate each other through the journey. Stay tuned - I'll drop more info in the coming days. 3 weeks to go. In the meantime, I launched the first of 4 free videos that will get us on the same page before the course goes live: https://www.skool.com/the-longevity-hub-9320/classroom/a1683010?md=d74da2f6d6824884a69d61eb3363ce94

๐Ÿ‘‹ Let me introduce myself...
I'm so, so happy to have you all join our community - your health (and future self) are also thankful! My name is Andre, and my journey towards a healthier life began a few years ago. I have always been an active person, and never really had a health issue. I would get away with a lot, especially food. I ate whatever I wanted, in amounts that were clearly exaggerated. When I started living by myself on my 20s, self-control wasn't really a word I'd use on a regular basis. Who has never overindulged? But... no weight concerns, and apparently no physiological imbalances either. Then one day, being a vegetarian, I decided to take a blood test - just to make sure I was getting all of my nutrients. Doctor calls me back: everything was ok, other than the simple fact that I had pre-diabetes. ๐Ÿซฃ Yep, that shocked me to my bones. What should I do now? I did a couple of them straight away: 1. Changed my diet - cut all added sugars and decreased by a lot the amount of carbs I was eating. 2. Started studying about nutrition and other health areas. I was at one tip of the scale, and suddenly, on the very other end. Yes, I do have the tendency to be a bit extreme - and just like that I am finding my way. All of that led me to learning a lot about my health, lot's of Do's and Don'ts, and the biggest change of all: I feel like I found myself. I found an area that I am really passionate about! I reverted my pre-diabetes situation, thankfully, and became much more conscious and knowledgeable about my health, the way I exercise, eat, and sleep (with all the ups and downs that come with it - after all, no one is perfect and I am just another guy looking for a balanced life) ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ Now I am a longevity mentor in the making, hoping to share what I've learned with like-minded people - so hopefully you can make better informed decisions for your life BEFORE finding yourself in a situation like I did. Who doesn't want to live a healthier, more balanced and fulfilled life? Well... I do, and if you do to, you've come to the right place!
Who's up for a warm-up call on April 2nd?
Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹ April 7th is the day our course launches, so I think it would be an awesome opportunity for us to have a chat / free class prior to that! I'm thinking of hosting this live call on April 2nd โ€” a quick session where we break down the core principles of longevity and I answer your questions live. I know it's right before the Easter break, so before I lock it in, I want to make sure people could actually show up ๐Ÿ˜„ Who's in? If we get enough interest I'll confirm the time, but likely to be around evening CET. Topics to chat about: ๐Ÿ”ฅ The 4 pillars of longevity (Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Mindset) ๐Ÿงฌ What actually moves the needle vs. what's just noise โ“ Your questions โ€” live Let me know! ๐Ÿ‘‡

Did you feel the DST time change?
Quick check-inhere: did the time change mess anyone else up? This past Saturday to Sunday, clocks in some northern hemisphere countries went up (or forward? Not sure how to put it lol) by 1 hour. Spring is here! Great. But damn, I felt the impact, surprisingly. Or at least I think I did. Yeah, we 'lost' one hour of sleep, and I couldn't make it up because I had a dinner the previous night, and an early appointment the day after... but could just one hour less of sleep leave me feeling so energy less? Well... maybe! Not saying that was the solo culprit, but our bodies run on biological time, not wall time. When that shifts suddenly, everything gets disrupted โ€” cortisol timing, melatonin release, sleep architecture. If you also felt a bit off, we can try this to reset: โ†’ Get sunlight within 30 min of waking (recalibrates your internal clock) โ†’ Keep consistent sleep/wake times (even on weekends) โ†’ No caffeine after 2pm for a few days โ†’ Dim lights in the evening (support natural melatonin production) โ†’ Try to keep the other parts of your routine consistent (meals, workouts, etc) It might take a few days, but you'll quickly adapt!
