Let's CRACK THE LONGEVITY CODE
It's happening. Stay with me here 👇 For the past few months, I've been building something I wish I had when I first started my longevity journey. When I discovered my poor nutritional choices had left me with pre-diabetes, I knew I had to change - but I didn't know what to do or how to do it. I cut sweets and most carbs from my life... not because I knew what I was doing, but because I was scared. It didn't take long for me to start losing weight - a lot of it. Thankfully, I was doing resistance training, so I kept most of my muscle mass... but my process was definitely not the healthiest. I eventually had to supplement several things after visiting a nutritionist. The truth is - I thought I knew the basics of health, but it turned out I didn't. I was overwhelmed. Conflicting advice everywhere. So I decided to make health my life's work. I started studying metabolism, exercise science, sleep, and stress management - trying to separate what's real from what's noise. Learning the best interventions I could apply to my own life to live healthier and more fully. And I realized: longevity shouldn't be this complicated. So I built The Longevity Hub. Now I'm taking it to the next step. VERY SOON, I'm launching the first stage of CRACKING THE LONGEVITY CODE - my longevity course that teaches you the basics of NUTRITION, EXERCISE, SLEEP & RECOVERY, and MENTAL & EMOTIONAL WELLBEING, so you can make better lifestyle choices that improve your longevity. Easy, straightforward videos with clear explanations. The fundamentals that actually matter. You don't need to become a specialist to be healthier - just knowledgeable enough to create and maintain better habits. The course has 4 modules, starting with Nutrition. Each week, new videos will be added to the module. We'll discuss, learn, and motivate each other through the journey. Stay tuned - I'll drop more info in the coming days. In the meantime, I launched the first of 4 free videos that will get us on the same page before the course goes live: https://www.skool.com/the-longevity-hub-9320/classroom/a1683010?md=d74da2f6d6824884a69d61eb3363ce94

👋 Let me introduce myself...
I'm so, so happy to have you all join our community - your health (and future self) are also thankful! My name is Andre, and my journey towards a healthier life began a few years ago. I have always been an active person, and never really had a health issue. I would get away with a lot, especially food. I ate whatever I wanted, in amounts that were clearly exaggerated. When I started living by myself on my 20s, self-control wasn't really a word I'd use on a regular basis. Who has never overindulged? But... no weight concerns, and apparently no physiological imbalances either. Then one day, being a vegetarian, I decided to take a blood test - just to make sure I was getting all of my nutrients. Doctor calls me back: everything was ok, other than the simple fact that I had pre-diabetes. 🫣 Yep, that shocked me to my bones. What should I do now? I did a couple of them straight away: 1. Changed my diet - cut all added sugars and decreased by a lot the amount of carbs I was eating. 2. Started studying about nutrition and other health areas. I was at one tip of the scale, and suddenly, on the very other end. Yes, I do have the tendency to be a bit extreme - and just like that I am finding my way. All of that led me to learning a lot about my health, lot's of Do's and Don'ts, and the biggest change of all: I feel like I found myself. I found an area that I am really passionate about! I reverted my pre-diabetes situation, thankfully, and became much more conscious and knowledgeable about my health, the way I exercise, eat, and sleep (with all the ups and downs that come with it - after all, no one is perfect and I am just another guy looking for a balanced life) 🤷‍♂️ Now I am a longevity mentor in the making, hoping to share what I've learned with like-minded people - so hopefully you can make better informed decisions for your life BEFORE finding yourself in a situation like I did. Who doesn't want to live a healthier, more balanced and fulfilled life? Well... I do, and if you do to, you've come to the right place!
Got your WORKOUT done? Send proof or it didn't happen!
Consistency is the mother of all change. We all have habits - good or bad for our health - built from repeating the same physical, emotional, and mental patterns until they become automatic. Want to create a new habit or replace an old one? 🫶 Good news: it’s totally possible. 🫠 Not-so-good news: it takes effort before it becomes automatic or part of your routine. That’s where this community comes in. Finished your workout? Feeling proud you followed through? Share it here: your wins can inspire others to do the same. We’ll keep each other accountable. Motivate each other. Build the habits that shape a healthier future. But here’s the catch: send proof, or it didn’t happen 🤷‍♂️
