Tonight’s Listening Well was centered around mindful presence, deep listening, and allowing ourselves to slow down enough to hear what is truly within us. Through breath, body awareness, reflection, and stillness, we explored the idea that not every answer comes through immediate thinking. Sometimes awareness arises naturally when we create enough space to simply be present with ourselves. We reflected on questions like:“Who are you when you’re not trying to hold everything together?”and“What becomes noticeable in the silence?” Inspired by teachings from A New Earth and lived experience, the space continues to become a practice of compassion, acceptance, embodiment, and shared humanity. Grateful for everyone who showed up openly tonight. 🤍

(Journal Entry from April 2025 Melissa, Texas) |Sharing Your Soul | This space has lived in me long before it ever had words- a quiet knowing, a seed planted by love, loss and longing I've walked with grief sat with silence and found healing, not in fixing but in feeling Ive learned that stories are sacred-- not for their polish, but for their truth. And mind is still unfolding. I'm here as a witness, a fellow traveler, not with answers, but with open hands and an open heart. This is the kind of space I longed for when I felt most alone. A place to be seen without shrinking. To speak without performing. To soften without fear. If you're here, know that I see you not as a role-- mother, daughter, partner---but as a whole human, worthy of rest, worthy of love, worthy of being, Thank you for meeting me here. Let's grow gently, together. 😍
