Tonight’s Listening Well was centered around mindful presence, deep listening, and allowing ourselves to slow down enough to hear what is truly within us.
Through breath, body awareness, reflection, and stillness, we explored the idea that not every answer comes through immediate thinking. Sometimes awareness arises naturally when we create enough space to simply be present with ourselves.
We reflected on questions like:“Who are you when you’re not trying to hold everything together?”and“What becomes noticeable in the silence?”
Inspired by teachings from A New Earth and lived experience, the space continues to become a practice of compassion, acceptance, embodiment, and shared humanity.
