This space has lived in me
long before it ever had words-
a quiet knowing,
a seed planted by love, loss and longing
I've walked with grief sat with silence and
found healing, not in fixing
but in feeling
Ive learned that stories are sacred-- not for their polish,
but for their truth. And mind is still unfolding.
I'm here as a witness, a fellow traveler, not with answers,
but with open hands and an open heart.
This is the kind of space I longed for when I felt most
alone. A place to be seen without shrinking. To
speak without performing. To soften without fear.
If you're here, know that I see you not as a role--
mother, daughter, partner---but as a whole human,
worthy of rest, worthy of love, worthy of being,
