As I sit here in the quiet hours of the night, taking a moment for myself as everyone has settled into bed, I find myself reflecting on the path that has brought me here. I look back at things I wrote years ago and realize they were quietly leading me to this moment. The experiences, the books, the stories I’ve lived, and even the stories I’ve told myself have all shaped the way I see the world. They have shaped my perspective, my lens—and over time, that lens has continued to soften and widen. Today, I’m sharing a Substack post I wrote almost three years ago. Reading it now fills me with gratitude for how much has changed, how much has healed, and how much I continue to learn. It’s also why I keep offering The Listening Well—a space where you can simply arrive as your authentic self. No fixing. No rescuing. No advice unless it’s asked for. Just the quiet gift of being witnessed in all of your humanity and beauty. Thank you for being here and for walking alongside me on this journey. Be well. Breathe deeply. Trust your heart. 🤍 https://open.substack.com/pub/thelisteningwell/p/authentic-you?r=26jvmp&utm_medium=ios
