5 Day Challenge Starts Next week
Lately, the word GLP-1 is everywhere. When first hear it, most people automatically think of the medication, but did you know it’s actually a hormone your gut produces to signal fullness and protect your insulin?
Chronic stress is a GLP-1 killer. Modern life: fast pace, technology and stress interfere with our natural pathway. Medications create a sustained affect but we can also support the pathway naturally.
That’s why I am hosting the 5-Day GLP-1 Challenge starting this Tuesday, March 24th. It's all about Metabolic Sovereignty—restoring the system that was designed to work in the first place.
