I am learning so many things in the group. The biggest thing I’ve learned is that a good sound healing journey alters the brain wave states and helps the listeners relax and receive what is for their highest good. It facilitates the meditation process and helps with focus so that listening to silence afterward is easy. I really like getting to hear all of the different sound instruments. The drums sound so powerful and the chimes whisk away worrying thoughts. There is such great information here on how to set up a sound journey in person for others and all of the supplies needed so that you don’t forget anything essential. I’ve learned that crystal bowls are conscience and the sound can vary based on temperature or energy. I love the idea that they are always playing the sound that is needed most for the listener and giving feedback. I knew singing bowls could be linked with each chakra but I didn’t know that there were bowls just for the endocrine system as well. I love that meditating to the crystal bowls twice a day can completely take away anxiety, fear, and provide confidence and clarity over time. It is easy to do and very relaxing. Is there anything singing bowls cannot help with! They are such a gift to us. 😀
