Over the years, working with hundreds of people in sound healing—especially with vocal toning and crystal bowls—I’ve noticed something interesting. Many people who feel deeply drawn to working with sound and vibration say it feels familiar, like something they’ve done before. Sensitive souls, natural healers, and those who resonate with frequency work often share a sense that they may have experienced this in another time—sometimes even in Atlantis. Personally, some past-life memories came to me through meditation and sound healing practices. I had impressions of working with sound, crystals, dolphins, and healing temples in Atlantis.
