Thank you Taylor, it did calm down my nervous system that was a little overactive on thinking what to "do" next. During your calm meditation I was more Being. You playing the C and G crystal bowls 🎶is definitely more relaxing to me than me playing these notes on my guitar🎸. Thanks for sharing your healing power.
Morning Meditation thoughts
This morning before my meditation, I was having thoughts of self doubt. Being a mother to four young children, There is not much free time to align myself out of the chaotic energy of life. But, I was able to bring myself into a wonderful peaceful state using Kalees 10 meditation this morning. I like to end my meditations with my cards, and they were so beautifully aligned this morning. I love how spirit never stops amazing me and always comes through. ❤️✨ I hope you all have a wonderful day.

I just read your post. These cards also resonate with me, spiritual energy/hints we all need from time to time in our busy and world. The music card image is corresponding with my profile picture. It is the picture of the Wall tapestry that we once bought and which is hanging in my music- and creative office.

Your meditation was a good start for me this morning after a busy and raining weekend🧘. Your spoken guidance helped in getting calmer and focus on the healing sound from the crystal bowls. The lightful environment and your performance playing the Bowls with 2 sets of mallets. It seemed a difficult pattern to me with changing chords and mallets but you kept your focus very well and the resulting sound journey/sound meditation representing the ongoing seasonal change was amazing. Thanks for sharing it with us🌍🌏🌎🙏
New Sound Journey for Emotional Release
Hi, all! Here's a Sound Journey that I just created, and I thought I'd share it with you before it goes up on YouTube. It was specifically designed for calming oneself and helping to transmute emotions. CE, FAC, ace, CE....Let me know what you think!

@Kalee Coombs I just now enjoyed your Sound Journey. It was soothing and relaxing to start my day after my late breakfast. You sitting in the sun light and playing the Bowls smoothly helps to bring light into our cloudy weather and my mind this morning. It really helps to unblock emotions and opens up the heart and third eye to spread love, gratitude and peace. Thanks for sharing this emotional release journey and the setlist so we can replay it for relaxing and releasing or to play it on our instrument (in my case) or on crystal bowls. The setlist helps also to understand the link between the notes, chakras and the intention and use of the journey. It lifts up my curiousity and willingness to look for a rebeller of Crystal Tones in Belgium. To everyone : Good Luck and enjoy your Sound Healing Journey💙🎶🧘🧘🏼🦋🙏
🌿 Class 4 Homework — 10-Minute Sound Journey
For this homework, I’m playing my 8-Bowl Empyrean Crystal Singing Bowl Set in 432 Hz. These bowls have a smooth, polished exterior and a different tonal quality and response compared to frosted bowls, so you may notice the sound feels different in its resonance and layering. The polished surface supports a gentler, more fluid sound and offers a softer tactile experience. Frosted crystal bowls, which are more popular, also produce a beautifully meditative and grounding quality and are also quite wonderful. Because of the smooth exterior, I’m also able to work with the mallets a bit differently. At times, I use the rubbery or silicone edge of a wand about an inch below the rim, which creates subtle variations in texture and response. In this recording, I’m using Crystal Tones suede and silicone mallets. I also like using Sunreed’s Full Wrap Quartz Crystal Striker. In this sound journey, I focus primarily on the CEG and FAC chords, using a blend of the techniques Kalee shared during class. My intention was to stay present with pacing, transitions, and listening deeply to how the bowls interacted with one another and with the space. As always, I find it helpful to begin at a lower volume and gradually adjust upward to what feels most supportive and comfortable. This allows the nervous system to settle before building intensity and depth. Thank you for listening — I look forward to any reflections, feedback, or questions. 🌿✨

@Kimberly Dunn Thank you for sharing your Sound Journey.I really enjoyed it to relax for 10 minutes. I heared the difference with the frosted ones and the way you play with different mallets. I love your enlightened setup and see that it has a motivating influence on you while gently playing with the chords and their harmony throughout this journey. I like the explanation about the bowl set and the influence on our nervous system of the gentle increasing of the volume in playing the Bowls. My questions are: 1. What is the rustling sound that continues after you stop touching the Bowls with the mallet? Maybe an echo, leaves or a Sound that plays? 2.Technical : What video&audio software/recording tools do you use ?
