Hi all, I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. the sun is finally shining here in the UK so spring is definitely on it's way. I have not been able to do any sound for others or to record as I am still not 100% and sniffing really does take away from the desired effect 😂 Anyway, recently I experienced an issue when trying to swap one of my bowls for a larger size. I placed my order remembering to confirm the frequency of the bowl beforehand. When the bowl came and I excitedly unpacked it and got mallet in hand ready, I struck the bowl and grimaced. Now I liked the tone don't get me wrong but I knew something was not right. So I put my shiny new G bowl with my C and E and played them. That was when I knew. So I got my trusty tuner out to find that my new bowl was in fact a G3. Now I hadn't even considered the bowl not being in middle C as it did not state anything on the listing and all of the other bowls I have ever received have been in G4 unless otherwise stated. Anyway, long story short I ended up having to pay to return it and then had to accept a smaller bowl than I originally wanted as they didn't have what I ordered in the right octave. As I was in need of the bowl as I had already sold my old one, I had no choice. sadly we are limited here for suppliers. so I have found up to now anyway. Has anyone else had this experience? Anyhoo, now I know to make sure in future. The downside though, is that I now want a full set in G3 as I am totally in love with the deepness of the sound. I don't even have the endocrine set yet either 😂 I cannot afford myself 😂

Over the years, working with hundreds of people in sound healing—especially with vocal toning and crystal bowls—I’ve noticed something interesting. Many people who feel deeply drawn to working with sound and vibration say it feels familiar, like something they’ve done before. Sensitive souls, natural healers, and those who resonate with frequency work often share a sense that they may have experienced this in another time—sometimes even in Atlantis. Personally, some past-life memories came to me through meditation and sound healing practices. I had impressions of working with sound, crystals, dolphins, and healing temples in Atlantis. This program far exceeded my expectations! I was an absolute beginner with no formal training or knowledge of things like chords, intervals, harmonic grids, etc….I expected to learn techniques for playing the bowls, a bit about different mallets and when to use them, perhaps a little about which bowls correspond to different body parts/systems… all of that was covered… but the course included so much more! I was so pleasantly surprised by how much information was packed into this easy to follow program. I would highly recommend this program to both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to expand their knowledge and experience with the bowls. Aside from the program itself being incredibly valuable… I can’t speak highly enough about @Kalee Coombs herself. She is an absolute gem of a soul! So knowledgeable, encouraging, and generous with sharing her passion for sound healing. I am so grateful to have been a part of this program and to have found my way into Kalee’s beautiful community. I look forward to continued learning and growth through her inspiring and authentic approach to sharing her knowledge 💚 Side note… this program has given me the confidence in myself and my skills to be leading my first ever Live In-person sound bath for the Spring Equinox and I honestly don’t think I would have felt ready or prepared enough to do this if I hadn’t taken this course.
