Crystal bowl mastery module one
Module one, coming in as a complete beginner, has set a wonderful foundation for me to build upon.
Getting to know my bowls and the sounds without any expectations except being open and allowing has been flowing smooth and giving me a feeling of serenity when I'm listening and playing.
The videos were short which I liked. But they guided me exactly to where I should be focusing on in that moment.
