Lifts of the day
I want you to let the group know what you're hitting on your big lifts. If it's a leg day and squats or deadlift were the focus what was your last set? For upper body-Bench or shoulder press or any other metrics or lifts that you pushed yourself on. If you’re just getting started did you hit your 10,000 steps or do some push-ups or squats. Double duty Friday means full body strength followed by boxing conditioning. It's hard but worth all the sweat. Today felt rough, it's been a long week, but this always makes me feel accomplished
