Happy New Years Team! What kind of goals do we have for 2026?
Mine is to make money online, get down to 175lbs, and get back to being me. Last year was full of grief and I definitely put on weight and lost some pieces of myself that I miss and I think make me a better coach for all of you. I'm at 210lbs right now. I have many more goals of course, as should we all because our goals are what drives us.

I am going to “try” to incorporate more rest days and give my body a chance to recover between workouts.

Old habit I’m ditching: a little something sweet with my morning coffee. New habit I’m forming: on an empty stomach, protein first!

What’s your favorite Christmas movie?
The Muppets Christmas Carol is mine with the love is gone. They took it out in the theatrical release and the movie is so much better with it in. Second is The Night Before.

Your Proudest moment?
In the gym, in the ring, in work, family, anywhere. What are you proud of from this year? If you are proud of many things or multiple things share them.

Many proud moments this year. I set a PR for my 5k, did my first ultra run, and made great new friendships along the way. I also got promoted this year. As I type these words, I reflect on the many days I cried at feeling powerless because of the madness in the world and how it seemed like everything sucks. Indeed there were, amidst all the chaos, many rewarding moments.
