Lifts of the day
I want you to let the group know what you're hitting on your big lifts. If it's a leg day and squats or deadlift were the focus what was your last set? For upper body-Bench or shoulder press or any other metrics or lifts that you pushed yourself on. If you’re just getting started did you hit your 10,000 steps or do some push-ups or squats. Keeping up with it on the other side of the planet
Where do you guess like to go eat when you’re focusing on macros or have dietary restrictions?
I like the keto bowl at tight tacos with double protein. I don’t do well with gluten or gluten free flours so I like finding a good burger place that also does lettuce wraps or at PDX sliders you can turn any burger into a salad. Let us know where else we should go.

@Phillip Adler my stats are bad for this one but reminding myself it’s ok. Some runs will be worse than others.
Friday nights!
Double duty Friday means full body strength followed by boxing conditioning. It's hard but worth all the sweat. Today felt rough, it's been a long week, but this always makes me feel accomplished
