Happy New Years Team! What kind of goals do we have for 2026?
Mine is to make money online, get down to 175lbs, and get back to being me. Last year was full of grief and I definitely put on weight and lost some pieces of myself that I miss and I think make me a better coach for all of you. I'm at 210lbs right now. I have many more goals of course, as should we all because our goals are what drives us.

My goal is to focus on other things besides just strength, such as mobility and power!
Your Proudest moment?
In the gym, in the ring, in work, family, anywhere. What are you proud of from this year? If you are proud of many things or multiple things share them.

This year felt harder than most, not the worst but still rough. I'm proud of my consistency, with my work, the gym, and just showing up for myself. I hit some PRs in the gym and got a new job that excites me from all that consistency and I'm looking forward to what it will bring for me next year
What’s your favorite Christmas movie?
The Muppets Christmas Carol is mine with the love is gone. They took it out in the theatrical release and the movie is so much better with it in. Second is The Night Before.

@Mirna G I watch Love Actually every year but I'm mad at most of the characters

My favorite is probably Christmas Vacation, but I also have to watch Die Hard, Christmas Story, Scrooged, Love Actually, Elf, Bad Santa, and all of the Harry Potters

Hi 👋 I'm Joann and I'm training to just be strong af, but also for my old lady body one day. Being an athlete means training with intention, whatever your intention may be. Today's win was taking the 40 lb dumbbells for a spin for my db chest press, 2 sets of 8 reps 💪

Question 1. What was your biggest lesson learned this year? How will that lesson help you move forward in 2026?
