The unsubscribe sweep.
Starting with the easiest, most satisfying thing.
Set a timer for 20 minutes and unsubscribe from anything you delete without reading.
Not just delete. Actually unsubscribe so it stops coming.
A few ways to do it faster:
  • Search 'unsubscribe' in your inbox
It pulls up every newsletter at once so you can go through them in one sitting.
Check your Promotions tab if you're on Gmail
That's where most of the noise lives.
Tools like Unroll.me can batch it
If you want to go even faster.
You're not trying to reach inbox zero today. You're just cutting off the new stuff coming in so anything else you do this week actually sticks.
20 minutes. Timer on. Go.
How many did you unsubscribe from?
Drop your number -- bonus points if it's embarrassingly high.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about clarity-first content, smart repurposing, and ideas that support your business, not drain it.
