Don’t think about it. Just have fun and feel the change in your experience😊
Put your attention on experience. Put your attention on Now. Feel the ground an experience the entire space of a room.
Put your attention on objects. Physical reality. Objective reality. Desk. Chair. Window. Door etc. Stay there. Imagine every object desk, chair, window, door are made from extremely tiny marbles, like molecules in space.
Imagine every molecule of everything in the room, physics tell us everything is made of trillions and trillions of atoms bound together in space with spaces between each tiny marble. Imagine this now as your physical reality.
Shift your mind to experiencing physical reality and objects as trillions of atoms bound together in infinitely different ways. The desk, chair, window, door. Don’t think about it. Just do it.
Good. Now feel your body. Experience your body. Just go there. Breathe. Put your attention on the centre of your body.
Close your eyes. Imagine every molecule of your body. Biology tells us bodies are all made of trillions and trillions of cells bound together to form tissues, organs, organism.
Feel your whole body. Now open your eyes and keep feeling every cell and molecule and tissues of your body. Feel your whole body all at once.
Feel all the objects of molecules in your room as trillions and trillions of atoms and feel every molecule of your body as trillions of cells. Feel your whole body. Do this now. Breathe.
Open your eyes. Feel the space all around your body. Maybe move around. Feel the ground. Don’t think. Just experience physical reality and your body. If a thought arises, watch it come and go like cloud of dust. Like it never happened. Just like air molecules in space.
Keep focusing on objects around your room and your physical body. Keep focusing on all the molecules, atoms and cells of the entire room. Keep your attention on physical reality. Keep your attention on objects.
Get the space all around you. Feel every molecule of air in the room. Get the huge amount of air molecules filling the room, connect to them all, every corner, every side, up and down, and all around. Feel the space and air molecules all around you. Move around slowly, taking various shapes and doing various movements.
Feel every molecule in the entire room with every movement in your body. Do this without breaking your connection with the space of the entire room. Imagine you are moving through trillions and trillions of molecules and atoms, bound together then fading. Bound together then fading. Don’t think. Focus on objects.
Experience any thoughts like a dissipating like a fine mist of molecules. Stay connected with physical reality and breathe. Now experience the light in your surroundings. Put your attention on light. Physics tell us light are photon particles. Feel every photon particle in the room.
Join with every light photon with all the objects in the room. Feel your eyeballs. Feel all your cells including your eyeballs. Feel your brain. Again, don’t think. Let any thoughts evaporate into empty space like a fine mist or smoke cloud.
Feel the space and breathe from your belly. Stay with physical reality, trillions of molecules, atoms, trillions of cells and trillions of photons filling every corner of the room and completely filling the space all around you.
Imagine all around you is completely filled with the trillions and trillions of tiny different marbles, all different and all the same. Leave no space unfilled. Photons, molecules, atoms, cells. Fill the whole room.
Feel the air particles, feel the ground. Leave no space unfilled. Keep breathing. Feel the space all around you. Stay with the trillions of molecules, trillions of atoms, trillions of cells, trillions of photons filling the space of the room.
Don’t think don’t try to figure out. Stay with physical reality and action.
Feel your brain, eyeballs, belly, bottoms of your feet. Breathe. Move around and experience the countless trillions and trillions of molecules, atoms, cells, photons, and particles change as effortlessly as if nothing evaporating into nowhere. Don’t think. Just let everything change and move, naturally.
Just stay present. Breathe. Now experience what doesn’t move. Now join and permeate with all the molecules, atoms, cells and photons in your experience. Remember, breathe and stay in physical reality!! Your already here. Stay present. Go on about your day. Enjoy.
