What Reversal Actually Looks Like
In my clinical experience, early insulin resistance, caught before it becomes type 2 diabetes, is one of the most responsive conditions I work with.
The mechanism is reversible. Muscle can be rebuilt, cortisol patterns can be regulated, sleep can be restored, and the inflammatory load can be reduced.
Women who address it comprehensively, with the right labs, the right protocol, and the right support, commonly report stabilized energy within 6 to 8 weeks, reduced brain fog within 4 to 6 weeks, improved body composition within 3 to 4 months, and a sense of being themselves again that they had forgotten was possible.
This is a pattern I have seen consistently enough to say there is a way through. It is not a promise.
React with 💛 if you needed to hear that it is reversible.
