We just hit 20,000 members 🎉
When we started this community, the goal was simple: give women a place to actually be heard, ask questions, and get real answers about their health, without judgment and without the runaround. 20,000 of you showed up for that. That's not a number we take lightly, and it tells us this space is doing exactly what we hoped it would. So first, genuinely, thank you. Whether you've been here since the beginning or joined last week, thank you for trusting us with your questions and your health journey. A little something new, based on your feedback: A lot of you asked for more ways to understand what might be going on in your body before diving into a full protocol. So we built two new assessments, and they're live in the CLASSROOM now: The Gut Health Assessment - a quick way to spot patterns that might be pointing to gut dysfunction: https://www.skool.com/the-clarity-circle/classroom/906b18e6?md=6b6d4174fce74071bab4be9985b6e001 The Adrenal Health Assessment - helps you see if chronic stress and adrenal patterns are part of your picture: https://www.skool.com/the-clarity-circle/classroom/9ea765c0?md=54aee80fd12e44698bb47c7385582caa Head into the classroom to check them out. More assessments are on the way as we keep building based on what you're asking for. Here's to the next 20,000. 🙌

@Jeri Artal thanks for being here!
Hello!
Hi everyone. My name is Karla and I’m a 55 year old mom-of-4-military-spouse from Canada. I’ve got an entire backpack full of dumpster fire going on. Long covid since March 2020. Peri (or full?) menopause. Fibromyalgia or ME? Definite PEM. My very first experience with abnormal lab results happened a few months ago,..but I swear I’ve not been right for 20 years now. In any case I’m losing my mobility/health one day at a time, and my mind on top of that. I was pretty close to calling it quits and then saw Dr Stephanie’s instagram post so I’m tentatively hopeful that this will be the experience that sheds light and helps me. I met my newest Grand-Nephew Harrison tonight. He’s two weeks old I only had enough strength to snuggle him for half an hour I’m here hoping to find answers as to what I need to do to get my life (and the me that i would recognize) back. Because 30 minutes of baby snuggles just isn’t enough and I want to be strong and healthy when my own kids have babies for me to snuggle 💗

Finally!
I'm so glad that someone has finally decided to take women's health seriously! I have a few "unexplained" symptoms that doctors brush off with "it"s anxiety" or "all your test results are normal, we'll see how it goes". It's very frustrating! I'm relieved to have found this community which, I hope, will answer my questions!

Cardiac risk factors and HRT
Hi! I'm glad this community was created and continues to grow. I am 49 and am hopeful to get my hormones on a better track. 10 yrs ago I had terrible issues with bleeding that lead to me having a myoectomy and starting a traditional BC that I took continuously up until this past Sept, when a new Dr. saw that I have strong familial cardiac risk factors, my cholesterol was slightly elevated and I have a cardiac calcium score of 66.... so she took me off of that pill and put me on "heather' which is progesterone only. She is no longer with the practice .... so I've been waiting to get in with another physician. During that transitional time of meds/hormones, I was in a relatively new job with a company that I put in a LOT of work to get it up and off the ground. My schedule went nuts and I rarely had 2 days off in a row. I am and have always been a very fit person and by the time Feb got here, I think that's when my estrogen took a nose dive bc I have had TERRIBLE musculoskeletal symptoms so much that I was taking so many NSAIDs I've had to back off and use Voltaran several times a day which has been helping. Anyone else out there who has cardiac risk factors and navigating HRT?
