Woke up with NO pain
I have woken up every morning for the past, I don’t know 7+ years, where my body hurts so bad I can’t stay in bed. I have to get up and move so don’t even think about sleeping in. I got to the point where I felt and probably looked like a 90 year old getting out of bed every morning. Got an iron infusion yesterday, this morning was the first time in a VERY LONG TIME that my body didn’t hurt!!! Praise Jesus that for this group and teaching the importance of complete testing and keeping at this until someone finally listens!!

If you’ve been told “your labs are normal” (which I know most of you here have at some point in time, this episode will hit home.) "On the Body Freedom Podcast, Michele Scarlet sits down with Dr. Stephanie Dunlop to unpack what is actually driving fatigue, brain fog, hormone shifts, thyroid symptoms, and weight loss resistance. After gaining 30+ pounds postpartum and being dismissed, Dr. Dunlop discovered deeper issues most testing misses: gut health, cortisol imbalance, thyroid conversion, and inflammation." Inside the episode: • Why normal labs don’t always mean optimal health. • The connection between cortisol, thyroid, and hormones. • Why weight loss after 40 is often metabolic, not willpower. • What gets missed when only TSH is tested. Take a listen, and afterwards come back and let me know what part resonated with you the most. Finally got someone to listen to me when I run off all my symptoms which correspond with low Iron. Ion infusion tomorrow. I sure hope I start feeling the difference soon.

Exhausted
Good morning! Thank you so much for accepting me to this group. What I would really like to accomplish is to be able to share my symptoms with other women and get advice on how they work through their symptoms and what worked for them I am 49 years old and I am on HRT for just a couple months I am sleeping better however my hormones I feel are still off. I am not my normal self and I really want to find a group of women where I can feel normal again and talk about my symptoms without being judged. Or called names. I am exhausted mentally and physically I'm very emotional. even though I get good rest I still feel tired and exhausted and sometimes I wake up and just cry from the body aches and just life. It's even affecting my relationship where my boyfriend just simply doesn't understand some of the things that he says to me really hits hard and normally I would just brush it off.I'm on a very close verge of breaking up with him because he just works my nervous system to the utmost. My goal is to get back to my normal happy silly energetic self. And I pray that I can get there

I am so sorry to hear this. I have been dealing with constant aches and pains for years. I finally got someone to listen to me and also requested some bloodwork. I am in the process of working to increase my Vitamin D levels and Iron levels. I have been reading that these can cause a lot of muscle aches and pains along with many other things. I would really encourage you to keep asking, keep looking for someone who will do the testing, listen and honestly you might have to have some hard conversations with your doctor who might see normal when you don’t feel normal. It’s hard but you can do this and fight for yourself in order to feel better.
Bloodwork speaking
I am so excited to share that my bloodwork is trending in the right direction! I was able to pinpoint changes in what I a eating with the help of Dr.Stephanie's food list and it is yielding positive changes in my A1C and my LDL Cholesterol 💪🏾
