For Those of You Following a Raw Vegan Diet
I wanted to share something that came through when I tuned into the group energetically.
A few of you who are doing raw vegan are doing amazing, but what I kept seeing repeatedly was nutrient depletion in certain areas. Raw vegan can be incredibly cleansing and healing, but depending on how long you’ve been doing it, some people still need additional vitamin and mineral support while the body recalibrates and detoxes.
Yes, these are all programs. But until you’re able to elevate yourself into a higher frequency and move beyond the demands that lower frequency programs place on the body, you may still need supportive supplements. Take them until you truly believe your body can produce everything it needs on its own through a raw vegan diet. You need to continue healing and connecting to self to achieve this.
When I tuned into it, the body kept asking for a few key nutrients to stabilize the system, support detox pathways, and keep the nervous system and cells functioning properly.
If you are raw vegan, I recommend considering adding the following:
Core nutrients that often need support
• Vitamin B12
Raw vegan diets do not naturally provide enough B12. This supports the nervous system, brain function, and red blood cell production.
• Vitamin D3 + K2 + CoQ10
D3 supports immune and hormone health, K2 helps move calcium into the bones instead of soft tissues, and CoQ10 supports mitochondrial and cellular energy.
• Magnesium
Supports the nervous system, muscles, detox pathways, and can help with inflammation and fatigue.
• Zinc
Important for immune function, gut lining repair, and enzyme activity.
• Iodine or trace minerals
Supports thyroid function and overall mineral balance.
• Omega-3 fatty acids (algae oil)
Supports brain health, reduces inflammation, and helps balance the nervous system.
Gut support
• High quality probiotics
Helps rebuild the microbiome, especially while detoxing parasites or heavy metals.
• Digestive enzymes (optional)
Can help if your body is adjusting to higher amounts of raw fiber.
• Mineral rich foods
Sea moss, spirulina, chlorella, and dark leafy greens help replenish minerals naturally.
Also something important that came through when I tuned into this.
If you are taking supplements, the best form of delivery is liposomal. Liposomal delivery allows the nutrients to be absorbed much more efficiently by the cells because they are wrapped in a lipid layer that helps them pass through the digestive system and into the bloodstream more effectively.
So if you have the option, liposomal vitamins are always the best choice for absorption.
Remember, detoxing and cleansing uses a lot of nutrients. When the body is clearing parasites, heavy metals, and toxins, it burns through minerals and vitamins faster than normal.so if you’re on a heavy metal or parasite protocol please make sure to add all these and then support the liver as well. For all these protocols you’ll find them in the classrooms ❤️
So if you are feeling fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, or weakness while doing raw vegan, sometimes the body simply needs extra support while it recalibrates and heals.
