Veggie medley
A mix of grated carrot, chopped celery, chopped fennel, courgette ribbons, chopped lettuce, sugar snap peas, chestnut mushrooms, cucumber. All dressed in mashed up avocado with steamed sweet potato chunks with a sprinkling of pine nuts on top.

Excavation
Haven't done a parasite photo shoot recently so thought I'd share this mornings finds. My poop is basically full of helminths...it's quite hard to photo some of them as they are so fine in texture, but managed to rinse off some to share. Im not sure if the rolled up ones are flukes or flatworms, but they are interesting to look at 🥸

Sugar and Candida question??🙋‍♀️ or discussion 😝
I clearly can’t eat sugar and some of the sweet fruits but I can eat them in Japan. How weird is that? I can eat mochi, ice cream anything with sugar and Candida would not give me a problem at all. Not just Japan there’s couple other country that I can eat sugar like Morocco and the Turkish delight from Turkey. But in USA haha good luck touching any donuts or cakes

Micro greens
Here is a really simple way to grow your own nutritional micro greens. Find yourself some dandelions clock heads. Pick 3 or 4 clock heads. Remove the seeds from the fluffy part its attached to.. Next, put some compost in a terracotta tray, scatter the seeds onto the compost, water, place in a warm sunny location. In about 5 days you should see the seeds starting to sprout, 10 days they'll grow into leafy micro greens ready to add to your salad or meal. 🌱☘️🥰

Water and food
Ive read somewhere, that it's not good to drink during or after a meal, that it's best to drink water 30 mins beforehand as it helps digestion better. Tho I struggle to not drink during eating as I sometimes feel that food struggles to work it's way down the throat or about to get stuck in wind pipe...tho this part is mostly trauma. Is this true?

@Tamsyn Hartley I think we all eating and drinking at the same time. I did hear something about drink after or before not during the meals. In my country we always have soup in every meals . So if we don’t have soup we have water 😃. Here is an example: meat, vegetables, soup, rice, fermented dish, sauce. This is big because family always eat together at dinner
