Over time I am leaning on needing to find a younger tech that will listen and learn, but has a mechanical mind and has some experience - my shop, most likely just like all you guys, has advanced diagnostic and programming needed daily as well as you just have to think outside of the box to be successful , very rare to find a dealership tech who has all that, and a good attitude.
