🚨Crusty Technician Alert!🚨

So, I posted a video a few weeks back titled: The Best Way To Hire Great Automotive Technicians In 2025.

This morning I got this comment from a crusty technician:

"No big secret, offer 50% of the labor charge and you will have a line of techs to chose from."

Here was my response:

"Any shop that did this would be out of business in a month. If you're a tech, have your shop owner or GM run through the numbers to show you how money flows through the business. If they can't or won't do this for you, there's a problem."
