I started Dev School after getting laid off from a toxic job a year ago. Today we hit 1,000+ members...
Why did I start it? Why does it matter?
Well, we know how hard the job market can be today.
Developers are either undervalued or have no job at all.
It's more competitive than ever even at the senior levels.
Most people are getting ghosted or automatically rejected.
And even if you manage to get an interview go thru their multi step process you still won't get feedback.
You are bound to feel burned out or stuck...
Why?
Because the business doesn't care.
It doesn't care if you have a rent to pay or a family to feed.
Companies even have quotes for layoffs just to rehire on cheaper prices...
I'd spent months in a place that drained every ounce of my energy. The kind of environment where you dread Monday mornings and your mental health takes a backseat to impossible deadlines.
That's when I decided to start Dev School.
Because it's getting harder and harder to get a fulfilling job that actually provides the security and the environment we desire.
Today, I can just be greatful that you all made it possible.
We helped a lot of people and we are looking to help even more.
To celebrate it...
I'm releasing all of my resources for FREE inside the community.
Just go to the classroom -> start here section.
Ask me questions!
And let's change your situation.
