We look at a couple of details.
From the top and bottom of the circle...
To the left and right of the circle.
But don't focus too much on the details.
Go with the FLOW.
On the 1st DAY we played with the movement of the hands and arms. On the 2nd DAY we added some substance and structure. On the 3rd DAY we turned the Kwa (Pelvis) and shifted the weight. On the 4th DAY we brought it all together. "One part moves, all parts move."
On the 5th DAY, we refined with "separate and combine." Today, we look at some details by breaking the circles into parts.
Float thru the practice...
Float thru the day.😎
ENJOY playing in the clouds.☁️🙏
P.S.
There is no rush and there are no rules.
You can stay on the first video for a week or run through all of them in a day.
I've dripped them out this way to give everyone a little time to practice each one and let it sink in both mentally and physically.
Muscle memory and feeling your body has more to do with what we're doing here than mental memorization.
The more you practice the smoother it will become and the less you'll have to think about it.
So the best bet (as with most things) is to practice as often as you can (a few minutes everyday is usually better than an hour once a week) and to revisit videos like these over and over again as you build this practice into your body.
The goal here isn't to "do Cloud Hands", it's to understand the principles involved in order to integrate them into your body because that body is with you in everything you do throughout your daily life.
