โ˜๐Ÿ‘‹ On the 9th Day of Cloud Hands...
Don't think, FEEL. On the 1st DAY we played with the movement of the hands and arms. On the 2nd DAY we added some substance and structure. On the 3rd DAY we turned the Kwa (Pelvis) and shifted the weight. On the 4th DAY we brought it all together. "One part moves, all parts move." On the 5th DAY, we refined with "separate and combine." On the 6th DAY, we looked at some details by breaking the circles into parts. On the 7th DAY, we focused on the breath On the 8th DAY, we began to look at the flow of Qi. Today, on the 9th Day, we "feel" what's going on within. This is a feeling out process. A reconnecting. Remember to go with the FLOW. Float thru the practice... Float thru the day.๐Ÿ˜Ž ENJOY playing in the clouds.โ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ™ P.S. There is no rush and there are no rules. You can stay on the first video for a week or run through all of them in a day. I've dripped them out this way to give everyone a little time to practice each one and let it sink in both mentally and physically. Muscle memory and feeling your body has more to do with what we're doing here than mental memorization. The more you practice the smoother it will become and the less you'll have to think about it. So the best bet (as with most things) is to practice as often as you can (a few minutes everyday is usually better than an hour once a week) and to revisit videos like these over and over again as you build this practice into your body.

We look at the flow of Qi. From the Dan Tien to the fingertips. From the fingertips to the Dan Tien. On the 7th DAY, we focused on the breath Today, on the 8th Day, we see what this "Qi" thing is all about. โ˜๐Ÿ‘‹ On the 7th Day of Cloud Hands...
Don't forget to breathe! But when do I breathe? But how do I breathe? Take a deep breath and relax. Today, on the 7th Day, we take a quick look at the breathing. Remember to go with the FLOW. Float thru the practice... Float thru the day.๐Ÿ˜Ž ENJOY playing in the clouds.โ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ™ P.S. There is no rush and there are no rules. We look at a couple of details. From the top and bottom of the circle... To the left and right of the circle. But don't focus too much on the details. Go with the FLOW. On the 1st DAY we played with the movement of the hands and arms. On the 2nd DAY we added some substance and structure. On the 3rd DAY we turned the Kwa (Pelvis) and shifted the weight. โ˜๐Ÿ‘‹ On the 5th Day of Cloud Hands...
We begin to refine the movement. Another common phrase is "separate and combine." On the 1st DAY we played with the movement of the hands and arms. On the 2nd DAY we added some substance and structure. On the 3rd DAY we turned the Kwa (Pelvis) and shifted the weight. On the 4th DAY we brought it all together. "One part moves, all parts move." Today, on the 5th Day, we separate the arms, one at a time. This way we can focus on refining certain aspects of the motion. Then we can combine them again later. Float through the practice... Float through the day.๐Ÿ˜Ž ENJOY playing in the clouds.โ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ™ (P.S. I had a discussion with @Lisa Black yesterday regarding how to approach these practices and I wanted to give everyone a couple of tips): There is no rush and there are no rules. You can stay on the first video for a week or run through all of them in a day. I've dripped them out this way to give everyone a little time to practice each one and let it sink in both mentally and physically.
