What Factors Affect Energy Out?
As most of us here already knew weight loss- if we keep it simple and didn't look any other factor- is about how much is our energy intake and the expenditure. Now I will show you a couple of factors that affect energy out. 1. Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) 2. Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) 3. Thermogenesis 4. Thermic Effect of Food (TEF) 5. Exercise and purposeful movement 6.
