First I would like to say that I am happy to be apart of this community! Just listening to Ashley has been so inspiring for me. In a post she said she thought she gave up ministry but she is definitely God sent. I have seen so much confirmation from God in just stepping out on faith. I have secured a contract for Email Marketing Services with more to come. I am looking forward to more growth and more learning (mentorship and coaching) 🙏🏽 prayerfully with Ashley Kirkwood. LOL! I’m tryna step with the big dawgs 😂

Hi “Speak your way to cashers”… 👋🏾. I’ve been away from this chat for a week only because my wife and I just hosted our first Conference Cruise to 🇧🇲 Bermuda!!! 🙌🏾 but I’m back !! 🏝️ We took 30 speakers that are in our coaching program on a cruise , held workshop sessions onboard, gave them time to get some R&R and then arranged a mastermind for them to speak at once on the island! Of course it didn’t go exactly as we planned and there were some unexpected challenges and changes to overcome, but it did go well and we were in Bermuda 🤷🏾😜 Our next speakers event is Nov 6 and ticket sales are low, but we have 2 weeks so pray for us and we welcome any last minute “fill an onsite event” strategies from any students of @Ashley Kirkwood students, lol. 👀😳😜 Not advertising here (no links shared) just sharing a few wins made possible by the mindset shift I’ve experienced here and with this community… thanks.

For those of you here who host your own events, HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR EVENTS ON SCHEDULE? Do you use a run sheet of some sort or who manages the event flow, do you have a timer for each segment? I mentioned before I had an event come up and it went…. Ok. It was a daytime mastermind which went fantastic, but the evening Speak-Off and awards were only decent. I Was planning and pushing for 200 attendees and had about 60 (late advertising and some other challenges that I dropped the ball on) and yet it was still a pretty dope event in person and for the guest but behind the scenes I missed some marks …. LIKE making the offer 🤷🏾🫣⁉️ We got behind schedule so bad that before I knew it we were 30 minutes passed the time we had to leave and I rushed the offer pitch and honestly barely made it at all. I had 3 people come ask me for more info, but obviously the event was an onboarding event that was designed to position the offer for many more and I ran out of time ⌛️. 👀📋What advice could you all give me on keeping up with the schedule for events or better planning? Because I feel like I left some money on the table and that there were people we could have helped but they didn’t even have a chance to really hear about it. Thanks in advance for your advice.
