It Just Keeps Getting Better!

email, which has been written off as dead so many times over the past decade, continues to crush it. I know this may not seem like a place where "we synthesize" but I have to tell you, IT IS!

I write emails for my clients to help them get more repeat and referral business. The industry averages are like 13-18% open rates.

This morning, (west coast US), we were reviewing the results of the latest email and it had a 66% open ate and 234 clicks to contact the company for more service.

What do I interpret this to mean, and what does it mean for you?

It means writing old fashioned emails that are buy me, buy me, tend to fail. Yet when we write emails, like we write stories. they succeed.

One final note - along with sending written content, we also include a video for many of our clients, and this too crushes it, both in open rates, views and watch time.

It's like bell bottom pants...they are back in style!
