I am confused - Daily Log struggle

For about 2 years now I have been writing quite consistently about many things.

from sales scripts to YT videos.

But I seem to struggle with the structure of the daily log.

Noticed that even if it helps me a ton to do it I am not improving at that skills

So, with that said my request right now is:

can you give me some tips for how to do it?

the 20% that will give me 80% of the improvement?
