Help? Getting past a major blocker

Could use your suggestions on getting past a major blocker -

The problem - I don't want my day job clients to see my content. Sales has an unfortunate reputation.

One idea is "make client friendly" content but still tough when you don't want clients or your job to see it.

Thoughts?
