Thanks & great feedback here! There is a landing page for my B2B Sales course. ROI & solid proof points are there but lacking on the standalone page.

The joy of $ hitting your inbox
Is there a sweeter feeling than seeing money it your inbox with almost no additional work? Sharing this quick story with hope it will inspire. I spent years dreaming about building a sales training course without really taking the proper action needed to build it. A few lessons: 1. Then I crafted a product, spent too far in the lab but built a good V1.0. 2. Getting outsourced help on Fiverr filled in some skill gaps for me e.g branding. Pay to get yourself unstuck! 3. Increasing price 25% & increasing volume 25% was a 50% big increase The JOY!!!! Also the joy of people finding out about it who you have never met and seeing $ hit your inbox after you've productized yourself is an amazing feeling. While it's not much compared to my day job, going from $3,600 in a class to $5,400 in the next class, and seeing some Stripe payments hit from people I've never met is awesome. Productize yourself! Some of you are already there. Some of you are dreaming about it. Take Andrew's advice. Start then learn. Don't learn then start. The sooner you can test your ideas and start getting feedback, the sooner you can be on your path to really building something. Get out of the lab & get going. Cheers! Chris

@Hannah Weaver I actually filled my first cohort and got paid $2,000 to build my first course. So it's not really required. You could get 10 people at $200 each to join 5 nights to talk about topics x, y, a, b, c etc to start or whatever you think people would pay. That also helps you validate if the ideas are something people would eventually pay for just starting lower. Draft is informal here but an idea. If you don't feel comfortable just ____________ Hey crew - considering putting together 5 live sessions to teach x, y and z in group classes that would be a savings over individual session. Classes will be on x night from a to b time. Any interest? Also what else would you want me to cover? Appreciate your feedback and hope to see you there. Also, space is limited to 15 people max. Would it be unreasonable to charge x per person? Offering a lower price than it will be later for the first launch of my course and your feedback will be very valuable as I look to scale this in the future. ____________ Or, if you don't want to monetize, just try running maybe idk 3 live sesions for free and cap it with a launch message. After x people join free you can start building a waitlist for others too. You could get tons of valuable feedback. Maybe just lead some sessions live, record them, with a mix of teaching and live audience feedback for what they would want to see. Start small, fine tune and scale based on your expertise + what you're hearing about the needs..... The worst that can happen is crickets. The best that can happen is you launch your dreams in 1 post, worked for me and hope this helps you reach your dream sooner!

Help? Getting past a major blocker
Could use your suggestions on getting past a major blocker - 1. Day Job - Enterprise software sales 2. Great online game - teaching others how to sell 6-7-8 figure software deals The problem - I don't want my day job clients to see my content. Sales has an unfortunate reputation. One idea is "make client friendly" content but still tough when you don't want clients or your job to see it. Thoughts?
