Hey all! and I have been working on this piece (surprise, ! Welcome to the secret collab!) and are ready to get some feedback on it!
It started with a melody I sent him (I think both of us were expecting a darker vibe with his cinematic trap lane and my dark pop lane but this is just what came out 😅) Then he built the arrangement, I went in and wrote lyrics and recorded vocals, and then he mixed them.
Some specific questions we have:
- Any specific feedback to improve the vocal mix?
- Likewise any feedback on the arrangement of the beat?
- What points in this song could there be more “moments” to help it build as the song goes on?
